Each week we review two beers and at least one of those is either a specialty beer, import beer, or a microbrew. During each review we provide information on the history of the styles and history on the beers themselves. We also provide information on food pairing for each beer. Our goal is to reach out not only to the beer connoisseur but to the average beer drinker as well and encourage you to try something new and provide useful information at the same time.
